Returns: If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, please contact us at mahak@themacgallery.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Exchanges: If received product is damaged, then only we offer exchange. Should Record unboxing video and share with us, then only we will apply for exchange.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in the case of damaged or defective items. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.
